Terms & Conditions of Contest

1. HOW IT WORKS: Each applicant will have one chance to participate in the contest by answering the questions found on the following website: http://adhdkidsscholarship.com/ The deadline for submission is April 30, 2009. Submissions received after April 30, 2009 will be void.
   
   A panel of judges, selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion, will be considering written entries for 2 areas:
   1. Attitude
   2. Aspirations
   
   The person with the highest score at the conclusion of the contest will win the Grand Prize Scholarship (subject to verification). Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify anyone who Sponsor, in its sole discretion, believes has unfairly competed. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the contest. The winner will be notified via email prior to the Drop Your Reins® Level One Mastery.
   
   
2. ELIGIBILITY: Open to individuals between the age of 10-16 at time of entry. Employees of Drop Your Reins, Inc and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each such employee are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. One entry per person. If a person submits more than one entry, only the first entry received will be considered; all subsequent entries will be void.
   
   
3. PRIZE (Approximate Retail Value: $2,495):
   • Admission to Danielle Herb’s Drop Your Reins Level One Mastery ® June 21-28, 2009.
   • ADHD Horse Level 1 Coach Certification, allowing you to help other young people
   • Lodging and Meals for the duration of the Master Class
   • A exclusive swag bag filled with books, music, DVD's and services that will help you
   • You will gain life skills which will help you to control your ADHD/ADD
   • An amazing one-of-a-kind experience that you are sure to remember for years to come!
     
     
4. CONDITIONS: This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Decisions of judges are final. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the Judges. ALL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. All other expenses not specified herein are the responsibility of the winner. No prize is transferable or redeemable for cash. No substitution of prize by winner, but in the event of unavailability, Sponsor will substitute prize of equal or greater value. The prize is awarded WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND from Sponsor, express or implied, without limitation. The winner must sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity release agreeing, among other things, to hold the Sponsor and each of its affiliated companies and all of their respective directors, officers, employees and agents harmless from all losses, damages, penalties, claims, actions, lawsuits, and expenses (including attorney fees) of any kind whatsoever, including any property damage, personal injury or death to any participant or third person arising out of or in connection with participation in the sweepstakes or with use of any prizes awarded in connection with the sweepstakes. Failure to sign and return the release will result in forfeiture of the prize and awarding to the next highest scoring participant. The Sponsor is not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any contest-related materials. This Contest can be cancelled or modified if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the contest as determined by the Sponsor.
   
   
5. For winner's name send a self-addressed stamped envelope to P.O. Box 1124, Live Oak, Florida 32064. All requests must be received by April 30, 2009.
